I have been meaning to write you and tell you how pleased we are with the pool and spa that you built for my family. We have received nothing but compliments on how it looks like an oasis in our own backyard.
I appreciate that you updated us during every phase of the construction process, and the fact that you were easy to access and always available when I had questions. After the pool was completed you were and are still there to address any questions that I had for you. Thanks for everything.
